I ordered an unframed print which arrived promptly. I noticed that in the bottom right corner of the print was a 20+ digit code of random numbers. I intended to frame my print without a mount, and this code was visible and an eyesore when framed. I contacted customer service who assured me that this was supposed to be there as this was a barcode that related to my order (?). I questioned the need for it as the consumer, and why it was printed on the front of the print and not the back and received no clear logical answer. Ultimately I wasn’t notified that this would feature on the print anywhere through purchase process (they said they weren’t able to show this information on the website?) and it ruins the aesthetic of the art that they’re selling. Although I received a good quality print at a very good price, this was an unpleasant surprise. Just something for other buyers to be aware of.
One of the best customer services I have ever encountered. They worked hard to get my order to me in time for my Father's birthday and the communication was fantastic.
When it arrived (on time) the picture was very well packed and absolutely lovely.
Would not hesitate to recommend and to use again and again

Recently purchased this framed print ,superb quality ,absolutely immaculate more than pleased with my purchase real value for money!.
Long delivery was only advised on payment. I ordered 17th April only to see dispatch date of 2nd June!!! 46 days and 6 weeks and 4 days + shipping so possibly 8 weeks !!!!
I have complained to customer services so let’s see if it can be corrected
I have a few pieces from King and McGaw and they are all very high quality - beautiful prints and excellent frames.
I recently bought a print of Tiger Lilies by Mabel Royds as a gift. I bought the print with an oak frame but the recipient wanted a white frame. I contacted King and McGaw to ask them about exchanging the frame and I fully expected them to ask me to pay for the return postage and for the frame exchange (they had, of course, delivered exactly what I ordered). However, the customer service from King and McGaw was an absolute delight. They quickly arranged the collection of the art, changed the frame and arranged redelivery - all free of charge. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Really impressive customer service!
I received my two framed prints today, nicely finished and very well packed.

I bought two beautiful pictures recently, both were framed immaculately and both make individual statements in my home. Great service, speedy shipping, great attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back.
Found this company via featuring in "Style at Home" magazine. Ordered a framed poster after perusing website. 100% satisfied from start to finish. Arrived promptly, beautifully packaged. Will certainly be ordering more, once I have moved to new house.

I've ordered from them on several occasions.
The framed pictures have all been of good quality, very well packaged and on-time delivery. Any queries are always dealt with promptly.
Perhaps a little more detail on the website regarding width and depth of frames would be good and also to provide a choice of coloured mounts.
Excellent service, quick response to my emails and very speedy delivery.
Bought a large Warhol print which they stated had a border. It arrived with no border at all. Evidently, they have very little understanding of prints and framing. Will get my money back from them.
